Soak up the modern charm of this studio apartment. The ceilings sparkle with glitter and the walls are unique in color and texture. The sofa is also a sofa bed that is very comfortable. There is a lovely balcony. The apartment is near the University of Jordan, University Hospital , King Hussein Cancer Center. A 5 min drive to main restaurants and a 10 min walk by foot. The main street is only a 4 min. walk. There are supermarkets , wester union , gas station , restaurants , and cafes near. The space A bedroom with a queen sized bed and a balcony overlooking a serene wall filled with leaves. There is a switch outside of the bathroom that needs to be turned on for hot water. Once turned on there will be a red light. Please turn it off when the boiler in the bathroom has reached the maximum. It takes approximately 1 hour for it to reach maximum. The living room and kitchen are connected. A sofa bed is available too. Just pull out the bottom area of the sofa and it is a bed. Also, there is additional storage in the couch. The ceilings have a sprinkle of glitter and the walls are light pink and beige. Guest access The entire studio is all yours. Only 2 guests are permitted in the studio. Other things to note 2 towels are provided and all necessary cooking utensils are available. ♤♤♤ If you wish to pay by cash then a passport or ID must be sent to my personal #. ♤♤♤ For weekly or monthly stays, the price is negotiable.
