Eclectic couches frame a large, HD smart TV that comes with Netflix (no live free to air tv channels/on demand channels offered); while a stunning timber dining table offers seating for six. Nearby you’ll find a contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, all the modern appliances as well as all the necessary cooking utensils. Step out of the living room onto a charming, furnished wooden patio that is the ideal place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening wine. A master bedroom is located on a Mezzanine level and features a four-poster queen bed and an expansive walk-in wardrobe; while a secondary bedroom comes furnished with a plush queen bed and built-in robes. A contemporary bathroom can be found on each level offering a toilet, his and her sinks and spacious shower; with the upstairs one featuring the luxury of a bathtub. Additional amenities include a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer, heating, Wi-Fi and secure parking for one car. The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally. **Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If you are running late to meet our key handler, please let us know ASAP. We will need to charge $50 per hour for late arrival to meet our key handler, as this is what the service charges us.
