TV, DVD player, CD player, radio and cassette player. • There is a dining table with four chairs, and wardrobe. • There is a separate laundry. With washing machine and clothes dryer. • There is an en suite bathroom with claw foot bath, level access shower, wash hand basin and old-style copper and brass toilet. • The cottage/studio has large windows is very light and has French doors that lead out on to a large sunny deck area, with outdoor furniture, table & chairs for 4 and sun loungers, and a BBQ. • There is a claw foot outdoor garden bath, that has instant hot water, and a brass shower head located under the 100-year-old rhododendron tree, with fairy lights. • There is an egg swing chair and child swing within an established private tropical garden.
