A cozy new villa built in Dec, 2018. Reliable architecture built by an architect and designer. A nice cafe is on the 1st floor. 7 minutes away from the subway station and close to the airport, Beaches The space - Excellent architecture, modern style with bricks outside. - Cozy & warm atmosphere interior. - A window courtyard next to the livingroom connecting to the bright sunlight outdoors. Guest access - There are common living room, a kitchen, and three rooms. Each room has a toilet for convenient use. Other things to note * Quiet time Please cooperate with the neighbors by not making noise between 11 PM and 7 AM. * No smoking in the building! - 100,000 won will be charged for smoking indoors * No shoes allowed indoors. * No entry for people other than those reserved/All will be removed upon confirmation! * Separate garbage collection Please put food waste on the sink in the yellow bag above the sink, general waste in the volume-based garbage bag above the sink, and recyclables in 3 categories and put them in the provided bags~ ★ If you throw it away in the garbage separation bin at the entrance, you will be filed a complaint, so please only separate it indoors ★ * Adding people/pets A fee of 40,000 won per person is added to the basic 4 people. If the number of guests is different from the reservation, please let us know and deposit it into the account below. 30,000 won per pet (dog, cat) - Inquiry required for 3 or more - !!! Check with the entrance CCTV, if there are no people who have not made a reservation, you may be asked to leave. - Pet dishes are not provided, so please prepare them yourself if necessary, and do not use the dishes in the accommodation for pets. * Late check-out / early check-in If you do not tell us, we may enter at 11:00 for cleaning, so please contact us by 10:30 if you are late checking out. (Late check-out / early check-in: 20,000 won per 30 minutes) * Please be careful as you may be charged for damage to furniture, etc. in the accommodation. * In the case of dyed hair, pillows and towels may be discolored and not erased, so please prepare personal towels, etc. to prevent the discoloration of the supplies. * If there are open windows other than the entrance door, please open them in the direction of the insect screen to prevent bugs from entering. * Avoid food with strong odors as much as possible, and if you do eat them, please provide sufficient ventilation for the next guest. * Please turn off the air conditioner, heater, fluorescent lights, etc. before washing dishes, cleaning the kitchen, and leaving the room.
