There are lots of things you can do for fun around here . With your own gear, you can do snorkeling, scuba diving. Go on island hopping, Beach Volleyball in summer, videoke, etc. Or simply do nothing, relax and enjoy the views. You can drive to the town to buy provisions (about 10 mins) or you can walk using the short cut. The space This is one of the four beautifully designed studio type bamboo houses. Each bamboo has a full size bed, a kitchenette, a shelf for holding clothes, etc, a bathroom with flush toilet, shower, bidet, a small table, and two chairs. it also has a small balcony looking across the ocean. THIS IS GOOD FOR 2-3 PAX ONLY. Kids 1 year old and below are free, not included in the count. POLICIES: We are committed to making your stay enjoyable, comfortable, safe, and relaxing. Our policies are designed to ensure the best experience for all our guests. Please take a moment to review them below. **No Smoking & No Indoor Cooking Cooking is permitted exclusively at our new, covered, and centrally located Grilling & Cooking Station, available for FREE use. Please remember to bring your own cooking and dining utensils. To ensure safety and cleanliness, cooking inside rooms or houses is strictly prohibited. This helps prevent potential fire hazards, pest infestations (ants, flies, rodents, etc.), and unwanted odors. Please note: A penalty of 1,000 pesos will be charged for any violation of this rule. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our space safe and enjoyable for everyone. **Children's Supervision Unattended children are NOT allowed in the swimming pools or beach areas. Children must always be supervised by an adult. **Extra Guests The number of guests per room is strictly regulated. If the number of guests exceeds the reservation, charges will apply, or an additional room booking may be required. **Spending the night in Open Cottages Spending the night (overnight) in our Open Cottages is strictly prohibited. **Food Orders Food orders can be placed at the Front Desk from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A 10% service charge applies. **Swimming Pool Policies Proper swimwear (polyester, jersey, or nylon) is required. Cotton swimwear is prohibited. Eating and drinking are not allowed in or around the pools. **Intoxicated Guests Intoxicated guests must remain in their rooms to avoid disturbing others. Uncontrolled behavior may result in intervention by local authorities. **Environmental Guidelines Dispose of trash in designated containers. Bring your waste home when possible to aid solid waste management. **Energy Conservation Keep doors and windows closed when using the air conditioner. Turn off the aircon when leaving for extended periods. **Valuables Always lock your lodging unit when stepping out. Do not leave valuables unattended in public areas. **Late Arrivals Please inform the Front Desk if arriving after 6:00 PM. Guest access Guests have access to the Main/Admin House, Tiki Bar/Videoke, Multi-Purpose Function Hall, open cottages, flower and vegetable gardens, wide bamboo benches under the trees, Free Parking, hammocks, swings, papags, FREE use of our Infinity Pools. Other things to note This is a studio type lodging house. It has a full size bed, bunk bed, and mattress. It has a kitchenette, and a bathroom with flush toilet, shower, and bidet. It also has a small balcony. The unit has one full size bed. Extra guests would have to sleep on the floor with mattress. GOOD FOR 4-6 PAX ONLY. Though we have WIFI, signal is strong only near the Admin House - Variety Store, south Pool area, and the Function Hall. Also, for a fee, we also provide car service to and from Legaspi Airport. their protection and safety, Guests should inform the host if they are going to leave the premises and where they are going. Room capacity Minimum of 2 guests, maximum of 3 guests. Please inform the Front Desk if you have additional guests. 600 per extra pax.
