Enjoy the valley views and birdlife on this organic property. The stylish room is private and sunny, perfect for a relaxing weekend. It is located next to a small reserve and the Waitetuna River. You can choose to explore the forest walks 5 mins drive away in Waitetuna Valley, sit beside the river on the reserve or take a small trip to Raglan and its surf beaches. The studio is just 15 minutes from Raglan and 30 minutes from central Hamilton and on the bus route. The space The studio is perfect for couples or someone on their own. The bedroom studio is attached to the garage with a private deck where you can sit and listen to the birdlife or walk up the steps from the deck and enjoy the valley view with a glass of wine. The night sky on a clear night is breathtaking as the light pollution is minimal in the countryside. The private room has a basic kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee and tea-making facilities. There is a modern TV and wifi if you wish just to chill and take some time out. A small desk has room for a laptop and an adjustable office chair is available if required. Guest access You have the use of a private guest room with a small deck and walk up the stairs to sit and enjoy the rural view. Other things to note Check-in is contactless through a lockbox.
