A room in a house

A room with bed in 140 in a very calm house close to the ramparts and the station. If you are maniac of absolute cleanliness this house will not suit you. For it is an old house with the defects of its charms. Welcome to all you will always be welcomed. Having my office in my house, the use of the house will be limited to the room, the bathroom and the garden to have breakfast ( Access to the kitchen is not allowed ).. thank you for your understanding. The space It is a very quiet place barely disturbed by blackbirds or tits in the early morning. It is valuable to have breakfast in the shade of wisteria.
