The space The Beach House is a charming two floor, two bedroom maisonette located in Protaras, Cyprus. The house is fully air-conditioned and free wifi is provided. The ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen and guest toilet. The living area has a comfortable sofa which becomes a double bed, a TV and a DVD player. The dining area has a large dining table which seats 6. At the front of the house there is a covered and gated terrace. Ideal for enjoying a nice meal and a glass of wine The first floor consists of a master bedroom which has a comfy double bed, flat screen TV, plenty of wardrobe space and a small balcony with a partial sea view. The second bedroom has also has a comfy double bed and plenty of storage space. Both bedrooms have space for baby beds and can be provided upon request. On the same floor you will find the family bathroom, which has a bath tub and shower over the bath. The house is 200 meters away from a small, secluded beach called Vyzakia Beach, it's a 1 to 2 minute walk and there are several other stunning beaches all within walking distance. Fresh linen and towels will be provided. The house will be cleaned before arrival. Additional cleaning, extra linen and towels can also be provided. Baby cots, high chairs, baby baths and stair gates can be provided. Other things to note Electricity, water and taxes are INCLUDED in the price. However please note that electricity consumption is subject to a fair usage policy of 165 kWh per week (more than adequate for normal usage) and electricity meter readings will be taken in the presence of guests during check-in and check-out. If electricity consumption is over the fair usage limit, any extra amount will be charged at €0.40/kwh. (This is to ensure guests do not leave the air-cons on when they are not in the house etc...) A refundable security deposit of €250 is required. This is payable through airbnb.
