Be Our Guest/Private Room/Quiet neighborhood

Private Room with in suite bathroom in townhouse. Full kitchen NOT included, but refrigerator and microwave available for use. The space Home has easy access to IH-45, Hardy Toll Rd, 1960 and 99. It is approximately 10 miles from Bush IAH. Guest access -Access to downstairs refrigerator and microwave. -Laundry room for an additional fee of $8 (will request via Airbnb). Please limit use to 1 load per stay. During your stay I’m always available via message through Airbnb, or by phone for any questions or concerns. Other things to note - Street paying. There’s no assigned parking, but try to park close to my home. -Extra blankets in the ottoman at Foot of bed in case you get a little chilly. -Bed is semi-firm but very comfortable. -There is a Roku Smart TV in the guest bedroom, with a variety of apps including Xfinity stream, Hulu, Netflix, Roku, and Amazon Prime.
