Welcome to our lovely private studio. It is situated in a quiet residential area, 3 minutes walk from a shoppingcentre and 5 minutes walk to the railwaystation which brings you in 11 minutes to Amsterdam central station. Right outside the door is a private parkingspace free of charge (in the centre of Amsterdam you pay 7 euro/ hour) Our rate includes tourist tax. The space The very light studio (35m) has an little entrance hall, an bathroom and a multi functional room with kitchen, dining place, bed and cauch. The garden is shared with us, Gerard and Marieke, and you have your own semi-private sunny terras. In addition to a kitchen sink with hot and cold running water, the kitchen includes an induction hob, a fridge and a microwave. Guest access The house is only for 2 people and you are not allowed to invite friends or meet people in our garden and let them stay or sleep in the studio.
