Welcome to our Home We have a 3 bed 2 bath home with pool and lania out back. The space Our Sarasota home is a great place to relax, it is situated near the end of a dead-end street in a peaceful neighborhood. A privacy fence creates a serene backyard where you can enjoy laying by the pool or relaxing in the lanai. PLEASE NOTE ### The pool is heated by solar only, so if it gets cold overnight or if the sun doesn’t shine it will take awhile for water to heat up. In the winter months it usually stays chilly, but it’s still a great place to relax and unwind. The LEGACY TRAIL is now open from Downtown Sarasota to Venice, there is a trailhead 3 streets west from Searcy on Lockwood Ridge. You will turn right on Lockwood and go a short distance and you’ll see the trail. If you go to the right, it will take you to Venice with numerous parks and places to rest on the way, if you go left, that will take you to downtown Sarasota at Payne Park or bear right when lanes split and that will take you out to Ringling Blvd. And they have a designated bike lane that takes you into city or out to Marina Jack, a great ride Less than 7 miles from Lido and Siesta beaches , around 7 miles to Nathan Benderson Park/ Rowing events and only a 15 min. bike ride to downtown Sarasota and Marina Jack, or enjoy famous Amish cuisine at Yoder’s or Der Dutchman in Pinecraft, a 5 min. bike ride. Plenty of golfing, shopping, fishing, and restaurant options. Guest access You are welcome to use any room in the house except a few closet doors that are locked so that we can store our personal items in when we visit. You are welcome to use any bikes in the garage, If planning on stopping somewhere please take a lock along. Tires will probably need air, pump provided. You are welcome to use beach chairs, umbrella and beach blankets. Please rinse chairs off before rehanging Other things to note As a reminder home and property are for paid guest only, unless approved by owner. The same goes for the Pool/lanai area. No unpaid guests allowed unless approved by owner, if extra guest are seen on property you will be charged 10.00 per person and you may be asked to leave. No children allowed unless approved by owner. No young adults, 24 and under allowed to stay in our home alone unless accompanied by a parent or a person over 25
