My place – Home away home concept service apartment – is located close to the US Consulate, which is a safe and high-end part of the city. At my place, guests can expect a comfortable homely ambience with friendly service – all at very pocket-friendly rate. I do offer my place for longer duration stay as well, and the property is suitable for business and leisure travelers alike. The neighborhood is well connected to the rest of the city, and offers a wide range of culinary and shopping choices. The space My house was built in the 50’s, in traditional architecture and has a vintage look and feel. I let out the first floor, which essentially has two rooms. The larger one, is the maser bedroom and has been recently renovated with wooden floor and a fresh coat of paint. It has a king size bed and wardrobes. It is designed to make guests feel right at home with the ambience and the location. Please note that this room doesn’t have a bathroom. Adjacent to this room is a smaller kids room which has a bathroom which is clean and well maintained.Two people can easily stay here and has two individual cots. However, there is only one toilet for both rooms Guest access Guests have access to the master bedroom,kids room and the toilet in the other room. They will also be allowed to use the common dining room. Guests do not have access to: -Any part of the Ground Floor, - terrace or common areas without prior notice/permission. Other things to note Food is not included in this package. We don’t serve food to our guests, but will be happy to recommend places in the vicinity – most of them even deliver to our place.
