Cozy non-smoking mechanic's apartment on the ground floor for up to 5 people with 2 bedrooms (1x twin room and 1x triple room), living-dining kitchen with good equipment (satellite TV, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and much more) , shared bathroom with 6 separate showers and washbasins, sanitary facilities with 3 toilets, two urinals, washing machine and dryer Towels, bed linen, cleaning utensils, hair dryer, ironing board + iron, WiFi access , and barbecue facilities included The space -Living kitchen -2 bedrooms (2-bed & 3-bed room) -shower room (6 showers & 6 sinks) -WC (3 toilets & 2 urinals) Guest access Depending on agreement and booking . If the whole apartment is booked , then of course all rooms. If only one room is booked then only this and additionally the common rooms (e.g. kitchen) Other things to note There are parking spaces available for about 5-6 cars.
