It is part of a 10 acre+ farm house with lush green, very well maintained lawns perfect to relax and enjoy indoor and outdoor activities. The fully air-conditioned modern villa has 6 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a modern kitchenette with bar, a huge lounge hall, 3000 sqft attached terrace one at each level and a beautiful terrace where one can party under the starry skies. The space Prakash Greens is a huge villa which is part of the sprawling estate of Prakash Farms. It is located close to Golden Green Golf course near Sector 70 A, in the city of Gurgaon (Gurugram). In the lush green surroundings you wake up to the sound of the wind, smell of fresh flowers and peacocks dancing in the lawns. This beautiful modern villa covers :- - the villa consists of 6 large size bedrooms with best quality linen and a closet with safe, - all the rooms have attached bathrooms with hot water geysers and finest quality towels, - the house also boasts of a large living room and lounge area with flat screen smart TV, - a modern kitchenette with bar counter and dinning area. - over 12,000 sqft space on the 1st floor. It boasts of a 3000 sqft open terrace, - a large GAME ROOM with pool table, table tennis, carrom, kids play area etc., - latest SONY music system with party lights can be attached using bluetooth, - separate access to a private lush green 1 acre lawn, - outdoor table and chairs are provided, - while we are fully equipped to take care of electricity outages (invertor etc), should you require a generator, we do charge extra for the diesel, - the common areas are secured via CCTV cameras. The villa is part of Prakash Farms which is a very popular destination for nature lovers, families and people trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of NCR without having to drive too far. Prakash farms is a home to various animals like cows, goats and hens. It is an environment friendly farm where we grow organic vegetables and crops. Our guest can enjoy farm fresh seasonal vegetables like cauliflower, Sarson ka saag, raddish, green peas etc. and crops like wheat, and mustard. The farm also has a fruit orchid consisting of mango, cheeku, guava, amla, lemon and orange trees. It is a perfect place to meditate and be close to the nature. We are located close to Golden Greens Golf Course. If you love to play golf, then this is the place to stay! If you want to try your hand at horse riding during your stay with us, just let us know. We have a horse riding school right across the street and you get a beautiful view of horses playing and running every morning from the lounge window. Prakash farms also offers multiple venue spaces, for indoor and outdoor events and functions. You can celebrate get-togethers, terrace parties, private parties or organize a large-scale celebration of corporate events, social and community events and lots more, apart from having weddings at the venue. Additional rooms and accommodation is also available. To ensure the safety of our guests from COVID:- 1. We fumigate the whole space with good quality(one's used in OT's) sanitiser after each check-out. 2. We provide fresh and sanitised linen and towels before each check-in. 3. All the laundry is done in house to maintain high quality standards. 4. Regular contactless temperature check for all staff and guests. Ample Parking space is available. Additional Charges - Minimum price to book one Villa remains same for upto 12 guests(including children). After 12 guests, extra person charges apply. Maximum people allowed are 18. - In case you are expecting more than the number of guests booked to stay with us then the following charges will apply . Casual guest-Rs 700 per head for 4-5 hour visit. . Night Stay guest- Rs 1000 per head per night.
