The Duchess of Font Hill {a tiny house}

This charming 525 square foot tiny house is nestled back in Font Hill, an amazing and sought after Howard County neighborhood. It sits at the end of a driveway at a single family dwelling. 3 miles from Historic Ellicott City, 8 minutes Turf Valley Resort + Spa, and 15 minutes from Merriweather Concert Pavillon. BWI airport is about 25 minutes away, and Baltimore City is 30 minutes from this sweet home. 1 queen bed, 1 dual shower, a full kitchen, space is private. The space Located on our .75 acre property, the Tiny House is private and all yours. With a keypad entrance, open concept living space and kitchen, free street parking, wifi, smart TV, and other amenities like coffee, tea, and wine. The tiny house does sit less than 100 feet from the main house on the property which is lively. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cutlery, a garbage disposal, full stove and oven, mini kuerig, and full size refrigerator allowing you to make meals or eat out. Less than 10 minutes from local restaurants and groceries. The bathroom includes a full dual shower. Marble counter top sink. There is NO door on the bathroom, but a half wall due to the barn style roof (see photos). It's a Tiny House so stairs are steep and thus the space is not recommended for those with mobility issues or for elderly guests. A patio sits right outside the entrance, use as you'd like for a quiet cup of coffee in the morning. Our Tiny House has the fastest internet Verizon has to offer, a small work desk for those needing a space to do business, an iron, a 55 inch TV for you watch what you'd like on the first floor and a 32" TV in the bedroom. Includes Apple TV built into TV (must use your own Netflix/Disney+/HBO accounts). DVD option as well. Voice activated smart speaker (Ghome) equipped as well for asking questions and music. We do have security cameras on property as we have a lot of people who come and go for Airbnb, our business, and our home. 1 queen bed, 1 dual shower, a full kitchen, indoor space is private. Outside is shared with main house. Parking is street only, drive way only available for unload and loading upon arrival and leaving. *SNOW* In the event of snow/blizzard, we ask all guests to refrain from using driveway via car. We will have shovels and brooms available for your convenience. We have a snowblower that we will use when conditions allow (normally after snowfall complete to avoid icing. Washer + Dryer not available. Off-site laundry services on Route 40. There's new carpeting on second level (thus no shoes upstairs rule) and you'll sleep on a Purple Mattress... it's amazing and only a few years old. Best sleep you'll have in a while. Hop in the car or uber, in less than 10 minutes you can get to Historic Ellicott City, Catonsville, Columbia, Turf Valley. Right off of Route 70 and only 25 minutes from BWI Airport. Washington DC is about 40-55 minutes away via car. There is a patio guests are welcome to use as well. Grill not available. There's a small park close enough to walk to. Closest Restaurants and Groceries are 5 minutes away just outside the neighborhood. Other things to note We have a very comfortable queen bed with four pillows and a Purple mattress. We can accommodate more quests than two (short-term stays only) if they do not mind sleeping on an air mattress and/or the couch. We also have a crib and a pack/play for those with children.
