This 4 Bedroom home is ideal for families & people whom would like to get away from noise and stress. The house is so close to the ocean that one can See , Hear and Smell the ocean from the patio and bedrooms. One can enjoy the sunset/sunrises on the front patio overlooking the ocean or search for whales in season. (June - September). Our home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a beautiful coastal path running along the coast which makes it ideal for walks. The space The house itself is open plan and cozy and has all the modern appliances with utensils that one should need during your visit. The main living area is on the top floor, where you will find the open plan lounge, dining area, kitchen, warm wood-burning indoor fireplace, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs, is another large 4th Bedroom with 2 x ¾ beds and a bathroom. There is also a small lounge with a TV and a Daybed. The rooms have a sliding door which opens up to a grass area in front of house. Downstairs, you will also find the remote controlled double garage for 2 cars. The washing machine and tumble dryer is located downstairs. The Braai area which is attached to the main area upstairs is sheltered from the wind and the garden provides shade for the hot summer days. We have installed a 5-stage RO water purifier for great tasting water. Guest access As it's a private home, guests will have full access to all rooms and areas. Other things to note I do have a wonderful Zimbabwean lady whom cleans and washes/iron clothing on a weekly basis. So you are welcome to use her, at your own cost, depending on her availability. She has 2 young kids so also available to babysit if you want to have some adult time ie visiting Spa at Arabella or a quiter dinner away. We do have a gardener whom works twice a month, also a professional garden service and window washing company whom comes once a month. These costs are paid by the owner. I will inform you of the dates the staff and workers will be at the house to continue with their duties.
