Our Rooms are placed on 1st floor of the Villa, you have a private balcony where You can take a rest ,enjoy the sun on our swimming pool with a sea view or have a glass of wine in peace. :) To get to the Cavtat center you need 10 minutes of relaxing walk along the sea coast. The nearest beach is about 2 minutes walking from the Villa and there are also some fine restaurants and bars to relax. The space Vila also has a charming little terrace with garden view equipped with tables and chairs and BBQ. Private parking is in front of the house and it is free of charge. A large 40m2 pool with 20 sun beds and sun umbrellas is also at disposal. A place where you will enjoy whether you are here by work or on vacation. Guest access It is possible to rent an extra bedroom with a double bed and with a bathroom with this apartment. Becouse this bedroom is situated as separate unit and on the same floor.
