A tropical style house at a central location, only 20 min driving Bribane CBD and 30 min driving to Gold Coast Surfers Paradise, Movie world, Dreamworld and Sea World. Walking distance to Grand Plaza Shopping Centre, Public Transport, Cinemas, Restaurants The space You will have access to all facilities such as the pool. My kitchen is clean for you to use as you wish and the patio area is the perfect place to relax. You will be sharing the house with me, my partner and daughter 24 year old daughter. We are from Argentina and we have lived in Brisbane for 22 years. We tend to keep fairly low key during the working week and some times socialize outside of the house with friends on weekends. Guest access Guests will have access to their own bedroom with double size bed and built in wardrobe. Their own large bathroom with shower, bath, and toilet. (Spa it is not allowed to use). When you have a shower please be considered of the water. Thanks You have access to the entire house except for my bedroom. There is aircon in the room and all living areas. We have a large entertaining backyard. Use of swimming pool and patio area around the pool. Only street parking available During your stay I look forward to meeting my guests and welcoming you to our home. I will respect your privacy and I will you to respect mine. Also I would like to respect people when they are sleep at night. No too loud or too noisy. Would love to offer assistance with travel questions in Brisbane if I can. I can suggest some beautiful bars, cafes and restaurants to eat. I will be living in the house whilst you stay. Other things to note Smoking permitted between 2 meters outside the house only with doors closed. Thanks
