The building features a small on-site gymnasium that includes a quality treadmill and multi-exercise weights station The apartment is centrally located and in close proximity to many of our iconic local features such as Melbourne's Botanic Gardens and the Yarra River. It is also conveniently located near train, tram, shops, restaurants, cafes etc. Lastly, we understand that staying in touch with loved ones and knowing where things are in your new environment is important to you, so we are also providing free unlimited internet access. Guest access Access to your apartment is via our security entrance. Folk on the outside of the building can communicate with you via your security intercom. Your apartment has restricted key access so that previous residents cannot duplicate their key. Incase you find yourself coming back with a load of fresh fruit and produce from the local markets, we also have an on-site elevator. From a local access perspective, you are spoilt with transport access and features such as the Botanic Gardens (which I personally feel is one of the wonders of the world!) and Melbourne's majestic 200 km long Yarra River, which has a wonderful 2 km walking track graced by greenery, that will take you into the city. You also have 24 hour access to our small on-site training gym that includes a treadmill and multi station resistance equipment.
