Bike to the river trails in 5 min. Everything is at your fingertips at our Cottage!! Autzen- 3-5 minute drive The space Heartbeat Cottage is a private house built in the early 1900's. The two story house comes with a large bedroom with a queen size bed downstairs. And a studio bedroom with a queen/full sized futon couch upstsirs. The full size kitchen and toiletry room are located upstairs. Second bedroom is open to the kitchen, and walkway to bathroom. There are two flat screen HDTV's that have Roku streaming devices connected for entertainment. Most has been updated, but the windows still have that unique charm. The house is nestled in some of the first houses ever built in eugene. Just a couple blocks away from the freeway, as well as the recent downtown rebuild of the malls, restaurants, and bar scene. 420 friendly. Outside smoking only. 3-5 minute drive to Autzen Stadium 2 minute drive to Hult Center 3-5 minute drive to UofO campus 5 minute drive to Hayward field 2-5 minute drive to Cuthbert Amphitheater 10 minute drive to EUG airport Less than a minute to freeway 5 minutes to I-5 1 minute drive and very short walk to Lane Event Center THINGS TO NOTE: HEIGHT WARNING: couple areas in the house (bathroom doorway) you will need to duck your head if you are tall. I am 6' 4" and manage quite fine around the place :) BATHROOM & KITCHEN ARE UPSTAIRS: people with trouble with stairs should avoid booking. Claw foot tub must be used only as a shower. Overflow drain is an antique and leaks if used as a bath. Guest access The whole house, and yard is yours to use. Please respect the plants and garden. Other things to note There is a smoking area in the fully fenced side yard. It is 420 friendly. Please smoke only in the side yard.
