Country house

We offer this house in the countryside, quiet, surrounded by stud farms, 12 km from Alençon and 5 km from Essay. The house is comfortable for 6 people. The entire ground floor has been recently renovated. Parking is available for 2 cars without any problem. The property is fully fenced. The space On the ground floor, you will find the living room (living/dining room), open to the kitchen. Separate toilets are also located on the ground floor, as well as a bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower. A pellet stove is also available for the cooler months, otherwise electric heaters are installed in each room. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and a baby bed (sheets are not provided for the baby bed) and one bedroom with 2 single beds. An extra bed for one person is also available as needed. A barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs are available on sunny days. A swing is installed in the garden, and a petanque court is at your disposal. A basketball hoop is also available. The orchard is accessible to go to the small river where you can read by the water in the cool, provided you are respectful of the place (no ball games, picking up dog poop for example) Guest access parking for 2 cars is available at the front. The garage is not accessible for guests. In order to respect the neighbors, we ask that you do not carry out any maneuvers in front of their home. You have the option to do so at the gable end of the house. Other things to note Please remember to clean before you leave, including the fridge. Other people can take the house right after you. I also ask you to remove the sheets from the beds and place them at the foot of the bed. It is forbidden to use wipes, bleach and to put tampons in the toilet because they work with a septic tank. We check the tank after each rental and if these items are present we will charge you for emptying the septic tank.
