We offer this house in the countryside, quiet, quiet, surrounded by stud farms, 12 km from Alençon and 5 km from Essay. The house is comfortable for 6 people. The entire ground floor has been recently renovated. Parking is available for 2 cars without any problem. The property is fully fenced. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed and a crib (sheets are not provided for the crib) and a bedroom with 2 single beds. An extra bed for one person is also available as needed. A barbecue, garden furniture and sunbeds are available on sunny days. A swing is installed in the garden, and a bocce court is available for your use. A basketball basket is also available. The orchard is accessible to go to the small river where you can read by the water in the cool as long as you are respectful of the place (no ball games, picking up dog droppings for example) Guest access parking for 2 cars is available at the front. The garage is not accessible for guests. In order to respect the neighbors, we ask that you do not carry out any maneuvers in front of their home. You have the option to do so at the gable end of the house. Other things to note Please do not forget to clean before leaving even in the fridge. Others can take the house right behind you. i also ask you to remove the sheets from the beds and drop them off at the foot of the bed. Prohibited from using wipes, bleach, and tampons in the toilet as they work with a septic tank. We check the pit after each rental and in case of presence of these items we would charge you for emptying the septic tank.
