Spacious and quaint, renovated 1-bedroom flat in a beautiful Victorian detached house in Sydenham, built 1881. Lovely well maintained communal garden. Our road features in the famous painting 'The Avenue' by Pissarro. This is my own home, but I'm often away for work or travel, so I rent it out. Sofa bed in living room can be used on arrangement (please ask). Approx 7 minute walk to Sydenham station and high street with shops. The space The flat benefits from a great skyline view with large windows and lots of natural light. Sleeping spaces have blinds. There is also amazing, newly restored atmospheric turret with 360 degree windows - perfect for relaxing with a book or drinking your morning coffee with a view! Also an ideal office or working space. Other things to note The flat is my own personal home so contains my belongings, although I will leave you cupboard space for your food and the fridge will be empty. Hanging clothes rail also provided.
