Comfy, Cosy and Quiet apt in city center

Ideal for two, as well as for independent travelers and businessmen, yet more than comfy enough for a couple with kids.The apartment is equipped with a fully-furnished kitchen,LCD cable TV,Wi-Fi and everything else that you may need during your stay. The space Greetings from Belgrade! Thank you for considering my apartment for your trip. This is a very modern studio apartment located in the historical Vracar (which is the best part of Belgrade), in the safe neighborhood just 50 meters (150 feet) away from a police station. In this hardwood floor apartment you will find hi speed Wi-Fi internet,air-conditioned living-room/ bedroom with 32” LCD screen cable TV with USB connection, recently renovated modern and spacious bathroom with Italian stone tile shower. Also kitchen was recently renovated, with brand new kitchen cabinets and new refrigerator. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay (cups, glasses, plates, bowls, pots and pans, utensils, cutlery and much more). Bed that you see on photos is foldable large corner sofa, and when unfolded, which takes only one movement, and it doesn't have any parts to be removed or so, its measurements are by Width/Length/Height - 304cm/210cm/80cm (120inches/83'inches/31'inches) which is even bigger than a size of a standard double bed. Mattress is anti allergic, made of memory foam and it's very comfortable for sleeping. Here's a list of of things that are provided to my guest/s: ⁃ High Speed WiFi connection ⁃ Clean sheets/blankets/pillows ⁃ Fresh and clean towels ⁃ Toilet paper and soap ⁃ Hair dryer - Revlon hair straightener - Iron and ironing board - Umbrella - Pop corn machine - Coffee, tea, sugar, condiments - Baby playpen (travel cot), with mattress and bedding (if needed) . Children are very welcome! - ...and a lot of other small things,useful while traveling. Windows are conveniently located on the west part of the building allowing you to sleep in late and not to be waken up by the sunshine after Belgrade's famous nightlife or long walks around the city. Windows have a view on small private park and generally you will find a lot off green surfaces in Vracar even though it is in the center of the city. In my street you can find several cafes, exclusive restaurant, bakery, ATM and two super markets right in the front of the building. If you decide to wonder around Vracar you can find cafes with some of the best gardens you will ever see as well as a monumental Temple of Saint Sava which is 3 minutes away form the apartment. City center Terazije is about 15-20 minute stroll from the apartment down the beautiful Boulevard of Kralja Aleksandra or about 5 minutes by various public transportation (bus, mini bus, tram or trolley) that has a stop with a several lines in the each end of the street. The apartment is well connected with all parts of the city, as well as to the tourist sights and attractions. Also I live near by and I am more than happy to point out places of interest that are not in standard tourists guides and also to answer any questions that you might have.
