Marianne and Steve welcome you to this large, quiet and air-conditioned, and renovated 33 m2 studio in a luxury residence with swimming pool. Guests can also enjoy the large 10 m2 terrace for lunch in the shade lulled by cicadas. It can accommodate 3/4 people. Ideally located between Antibes and Juan-les-Pins, 500 m from Salis Beach and 500 m from the pine forest/center of Juan-les-Pins. Shops are within walking distance and the train station is 5 minutes away. The space It is composed of two 2-seater beds, including a 120 cm foldaway bed that can accommodate one adult or two children Other things to note Beach access is - either by the Sentier de la Vertu, to get to the public beaches of La Salis and Le Pontier located in Antibes - either by the Chemin du Tanit, passing through the center of Juan-les-Pins where you will first find private beaches and a little further on the right large public beaches. Beautiful wilder beaches on the Cap d'Antibes are accessible on foot or by bus: Plage de la Tour, Plage de la Gallice, Plage de la Garoupe, Plage de la Baie des Milliardaires. We also recommend the Sentier des Douaniers, a walk along the Cap d'Antibes. As for restaurants, bars and clubs, you will find a wide choice in JUAN-LES-PINS, but also in the old town of Antibes.
