The Ryeland Retreat, with wood fired hottub

Offering a secluded, rural retreat, the Ryeland is ideal for those wanting to escape the hum drum off live and this digital world we live in. The space Tucked away in its own private hollow, behind high hedges and under an oak tree you will find The Ryeland Retreat. Being very individual and offering a quirky,luxurious, romantic glamping experience. The Ryeland will allow you to take a step back from your busy lives and the digital world, to kick back and relax while the world and the cows pass on by. This hideaway is very private, not being overlooked and yet has super view over open fields. This is a unique stay for those looking for a rural, romantic, secluded, unusual break. We have tried to be as eco friendly as possible inside you will find the is ryeland is powered by solar and a wind turbine, decorated with and an array of eco friendly solar lighting. whilst outside candles and sparkling fairy lights make the evenings magical and romantic. Inside this quirky building you will find a super comfy double bed, bistro table and chairs. For chillier evenings there is a traditional log burner to keep you toasty warm. Outside you will find sunloungers, a seating area for alfresco dining. You will find a BBQ and firepit area, imagine sitting watching the sun setting, toasting marshmallow’s before soaking up to your neck in our new Scandinavian style wood fired HOT TUB while star gazing and counting satellites passing overhead The kitchen area is hobbit inspired! and yet had a sink. hot and cold running water and now a 12v fridge Being OFF GRID and eco friendliness in mind the Ryeland does have its own private bathroom with hot shower, sink and a modern eco friendly composting loo. The ryeland retreat can accommodate 2 person and boasts a scandinavian style wood fired hot tub. Upon arrival your hot tub will be cold ( it takes approximatley an hour to warm up) unless you have booked our optional fire lighting service to have your hot tub pre warmed for your arrival. Guest access There is a parking space for your vehicle and a short walk to The Ryeland. If you would like to walk the fields this will be by arrangement. Other things to note The ryeland is equipped with a camp style cooker and small oven,basic cooking equipment, enough cutlery and crockery for 4 people. Please note that this retreat has 1 double bed with bedding. TOWELS are not included in the nightly price but can be supplied at a cost of £2.50 per person. The price of your booking will include more than enough logs to warm the hot once, additional logs must be purchased for us. Guests are asked NOT to bring their own logs for hot tubs and log burners
