WELCOME to our Meadow Manor!! Very cute, NON SMOKING home, located < 1 min to SHAW AFB. Grocery/ restaurants are 10 min drive or less with many local restaurants just 2 min away. Convenient to city of Sumter, 15 min drive to down town. Ample parking under the covered carport, storage shed in back for any long term guest storage. Open area living and kitchen, 50"TV, furnished kitchen with a formal dining room available. Fenced back yard has wood deck out back with small fire-pit to use. The space Private rm/SEMI private Jack&Jill full bath. Good size room, Queen bed w/nightstand, full dresser ceiling fan, lamp, TV with Roku, ample closet w/ hangers and laundry basket. Located LAST bedroom on the RIGHT down the only hallway. Linens and towel provided. NO SMOKING in home or room at anytime. Guest access Main entrance is a electronic keypad lock. You can download the TURBOLOCK app and we can send a code or you can use the provided access code for entry. Full access to living room, kitchen, formal dining and laundry. Please use the back yard, deck, grill and fire-pit at your leisure. If you require use of the long term storage please contact us! Also please coordinate parking with other guest in residence to avoid any surprises. During your stay We love having our guests but it is rare we are in residence there. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the home or need information about the local area. WE would highly suggest interaction with the other guests in home, it can be quite interesting to share stories with people from around the world. Other things to note This is a NON SMOKING home, no excuses. If you smoke please do so well away from an entryway or door, other we and our guests guests thank you in advance for your consideration! Please be courteous of any other guests. We have found 99% of our guests love to interact and good communication is essential to a GREAT stay. *ALSO...Welcome to the southeast!! SC is one of the states that has a wonderful climate most all year and lush woods and rich environment. While we utilize quarterly pest control measures there is the inevitable chance that during your stay in SC, somewhere...you will run into one of the prolific beasts known as a Palmetto bug!! These are OUTSIDE bugs and usually stay there. If by chance one infiltrates the house please do not be alarmed!! They are usually found randomly wandering and can give quite a scare to the unsuspecting guest! Just shoot us a message and we will have our pest company retreat the exterior of the home to deter any other unwanted visitors!. Thank you for the understanding and just let us know!! ** If you feel something is wrong, off, just not right...DO NOT HESITATE to phone/text us IMMEDIATELY.** WE want YOU and future guests stay(s) to be great and we can achieve that if you let us know of any situations BIG or SMALL so that we can accommodate or remedy it for you. We utilize 2 security cameras in common areas (living room for doorways and parking area for entry door) for safety and security of our guests, their property and the residence.
