The apartment is situated in a very nice and tree-lined street, quiet and safe, still Venetian. It is 100 meters square, it is on the first floor with elevator and it is bright. It has a pleasant terrace overlooking the inner courtyard. It consists of a kitchen with small terrace, a large suite with a king size bed and a sofa, another bedroom with 2 twin beds that becomes a double bed, a single bedroom with small terrace with possibility to extract a second bed; 2 modern bathrooms with showers. Guest access In the apartment available to guests: Air Conditioning, 2 flat screen televisions, free FAST WIFI internet connection, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, refrigerator, freezer, induction cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, moka coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, umbrellas and cooling fans. For families with children are available on request a baby cot and a high chair. We provide bed linen, 3 towels and a complete courtesy bathroom set for each guest. For stays longer than 3 nights, we provide also slippers for each guest and extra cleaning with linen change is available on request. The apartment is extremely quiet and for its easy accessibility is very suitable for families with children and older people. Other things to note CITY TAX - MUNICIPALITY OF VENICE Every guest of the apartment is required to pay a city tax of EUR 4.00 per person per night. In low season (January) the rate is EUR 2.80. Are exempt children under 10 and from 11 to 16 years the rate is EUR 2.00 per person per night (low season EUR 1.40). The tax is due only for the first 5 nights and you will pay through our payment request via the airbnb platform.
