Enjoy the peace and serenity of our sunny spacious studio, surrounded by nature, lovely view and sounds of "our" waterfall. Miles of hike/bike trails right out the door. 25 min to Pt Reyes Station, 45 to beaches or SF. Studio sleeps 4: Queen bed, comfy queen sofa bed, and optional quality air mattresses. Microwave/fridge for simple meals. Spacious yard and deck, shared with owners, hummingbirds, and other wildlife. No smoking on property please. Proof of complete covid vaccination required. The space (PLEASE CLICK ON PHOTOS for captions with more details!!) We use this beautiful room at times, for music gatherings, so there are a piano, 2 ukes, a mandolin, a banjo available, if you know how to play them and care for them. Otherwise, the sounds you hear are birds and the waterfall. Brand new cork floor makes for great acoustics, meditation, yoga or just hanging out. (yoga mats and meditation pillows available!) We use quality 100% cotton linens, so they may be wrinkled, but will be clean, comfy and eco-friendly. Please note: -Marin County transient tax is currently billed during reservation process. -Proof of completed covid vaccination required at check in or before arrival. -No smoking anywhere on property. -Please read other house rules. Guest access Guests have access to a private bathroom, large deck, large yard, propane BBQ (with assistance), one parking space, laundry room (one load per week), microwave/fridge, coffee maker, hot water pot, dishes, silverware, tea, coffee, instant oatmeal. We will do your dishes in our dishwasher. EV plug-in available with advance notice, at nominal cost ($5-10), so you can drive your EV worry-free! No smoking anywhere on property, please.
