Great place to use as a base for Hobbiton and Waitomo caves. Other things to note No smoking in studio or surrounding area. Please beware of rock on left hand side of driveway as you enter. Park in front of shed to the right as you enter driveway. For the safety of all guests we prefer guests to be fully vaccinated.
