Secure off street car parking in an enclosed yard with a motorised gate. It has a kitchenette, and has one large bedroom with en-suite, and also a separate large lounge. Great audio and TV system. Private deck with amazing views. BBQ & laundry are available on request. The space Amazing views. Modern doubled glazed air-conditioned quality home. Fully fenced secure courtyard. Great for mountain bikers worried about the security of their bikes. Short 9-minute drive to Nelson downtown, Tahunanui Beach. 12-minute drive to the airport. Numerous mountain bike, running and hiking trails close by. Approx 1 1/2 hrs drive to Marlbororugh wineries, Approx 1 hours drive to Nelson Lakes National Park Approx 1 hours drive to Kaiteriteri Beach and the Abel Tasman national park. Guest access Lower floor, courtyard. Bottom deck. Other things to note Three Tonkinese cats will be roaming the 2nd floor of our house , and sometimes in the courtyard but generally move out of the way of slow moving cars. Laundry services available by request after a minimum stay of 3 nights. Security cameras visible but have no operation. Earth works in the distance during the day, but hardly noticeable. Totally quiet at night.
