The space The area and space are incredibly unique, set back from the sand dunes of Perran Sands/Penhale in a little pocket of tranquility and stillness. The property is ideally situated between Holywell & Perranporth with Newquay & Truro just a short drive away with all the amenities. This secluded and spacious property, which has been newly renovated is in a rural location on the north coast of Cornwall. Hidden down a windy country lane, you will find the house set just off the road with a driveway leading down to the property. The entrance to the driveway is slightly concealed, directions and a pinned location will be provided to help you not miss us! The property benefits from a contemporary kitchen with new appliances & large dining area. A stylish wetroom, fitted with a rainfall shower. Kitchen/Dining area, Wetroom and Bedroom on the ground floor. Balcony & lounge/bedroom upstairs equipped with a drop down projector screen and projector.
