Enjoy ‘Casa Colina' our lovely, comfortable, bright clean, airy and fully furnished self contained apartment. The apartment is adjoined to our house but you have total privacy and private access and off-road parking. Situated on a quiet street, very close to the Shelley foreshore (5 mins walk) and amenities 200 metres away including a popular cafe, takeaway restaurants, beautician, podiatrist, bottle shop, hairdresser, and bus stops. Bus stops give easy access to Perth City and Fremantle. The space In our guest apartment you will have all the advantages of having your own private spacious space as well as the bonus of having someone local right next door should you need anything. There is lovely, clean wooden flooring throughout, and the apartment is fully finished with everything we can think of to help you enjoy your stay. We pride ourselves on keeping it fresh, clean and tidy. It has a fully equipped kitchen ensuring a home from home experience. There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living area for the really hot or cold days and ceiling fans in each bedroom. There are electric blankets on the beds during the winter months. The bathroom and toilet have recently been totally refitted and renovated. There is a brand new 40 inch smart TV so you can enjoy Netflix and other streaming services. Complementary breakfast food enough for one morning’s breakfast for the guests to get you started consisting of milk, eggs, bread, preserves and butter tea and coffee. Please let me know if you have specific dietary requests. The pantry is also stocked with most condiments so you won't have to go out and buy if you want to cook in the apartment. There is a laundry room for your use too. We have free WIFI access. The main bedroom has large walk in robe and the second bedroom has a mini portable wardrobe for hanging clothes and storing items. We can provide a standard cot (or travel cot) if you have a baby travelling with you, as well as a baby bath and high chair. For the 5 and 6th guest we have a brand new, comfortable Freedom sofa bed in the living room. This is very easily erected with one simple pull. There is also at a squeeze a portable single bed for a 7th guest Guest access I have put a flexible check-in and check out time on the booking site provided there is nobody in before you and nobody checking in after you, the time you arrive and leave is up to you, but we can only allow a flexible checkout if no one is checking in the day you leave. If you know you have a late flight and want the apartment to the evening or late afternoon we would recommend that you book an extra night to guarantee this. Our house and the guest apartment are adjoined but totally private and separate in terms of privacy and access. Guests have their own key to front and back door and will have access to use the BBQ, alfesco area. There is a pool but we hardly use it, if you think you would like to use it we would ask if you would let us know in advance and we will make sure it is cleaned. The area is surrounded by trees and shrubs and collects leaves and debris daily. Once you arrive give us the heads up when you want to use it and we will uncover it and clean the leaves. Please note that the pool is older fibre glass style and a little tired and faded. Also please note that it is only for use in the summer months (Nov to April) The Laundry room is the space that separates the two properties; the door to your adjoining apartment can be kept locked by you from the inside. An off road parking spot in the driveway is there exclusively for your use. Other things to note There is an off road parking space on the driveway if you have a car. There is also parking allowed in the verge outside the house. We have a very small fishpond with fountain in alfresco area. Wr also have two Guinea pigs we keep in a cage in the garden.
