Located 30 minutes from Geelong CBD and 1 hour 45 mins from Melbourne CBD, it is also accessible by Ferry via Sorrento and Queenscliff or the new Portarlington to Docklands Ferry, with Portarlington only a 15 minute drive around the bluff. Our family home is a 50m walk to the beach over the road, and a 1.3km walk along a trail to the town centre. The space Separate two bedroom , down stairs self contained unit. With own entrance.Facilities within the unit include own kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Amazing pool and under cover outdoor area with a second bathroom . Great for family of 6 with beaches close by and Adventure Park 20 minutes drive away. Ideal for a girls weekend or midweek get away with numerous wineries in the local area such as Terindah and Basils Farm. Or a golf weekend with Portarlington golf course a 10 minute drive. Curlewis golf course and Queenscliff approximately 20 minutes away. If fishing is your thing, there is plenty to catch of the pier. Owners live in private upstairs home with own facilities. Guest access The pool is available, also the pool house with 2nd kitchen and 2nd bathroom. Other things to note Winery tours, pick up/ drop off can be arranged.
