Cozy Dala cottage on two floors with room for 4-6 people. The cottage is located on the host family's farm, generous spaces with two patios - one completely separate from the host house. Downstairs: • hall • bathroom with shower and washing machine • living room with dining table and fireplace, open floor plan • kitchen with dining area • bedroom with double bed, 160 • living room with exit to the wooden deck Upstairs: • a large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, wardrobe. • small walk-through hall with a bed and a wardrobe The space Siljansnäs is a small village outside Leksand. There is our charming cottage with lovely views from the patio. Proximity to hiking trails, bike trails, swimming areas and nature reserves. In winter, nice cross-country skiing trails and downhill skiing. The cottage is well-equipped with washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, TV with basic channels, wireless stable WiFi, fireplace (wood available), air heat pump with AC on the lower floor. Available in the cottage: toilet paper, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishcloth, dish towel. Proximity to Leksand Sommarland and Tomteland. In the region, there are also many other nice excursion destinations; among others, the Zorn Museum, the Vasaloppsspåret, Orsa Björnpark, Dalhalla, Carl Larsson's farm, Falu copper mine, etc. Other things to note Between week 25 and 32, the cottage can be booked for a minimum of three nights. Guests are responsible for their own sheets and towels. This can be booked for SEK 150/person if desired. Guests are expected to clean the cottage thoroughly before departure. This can be booked for SEK 700 if required.
