A gas stove warms the place quickly and uses only external air, and is thermostatically controlled. 50" LED "smart" TV, nice eating area, and a small kitchen with a cook top, frig, and microwave. VERY IMPORTANT: We have a small chicken coup on our property, so please, please, no pets - including Service and Support Animals There is space for one car that is adjacent to the exterior entry. The parking area is cleared during the winter and there is plenty of space for ski or bicycle storage. We will be available through email or mobile voice. If we are in the country, text messaging is also good. We are at the end of a cul de sac, in a very quite neighborhood, on a large lot, and on the Championship Golf Course. Walking to dining, groceries, shopping and the Library. Two minutes from skiing (you can see the main run from our window) and about a mile from the beach. We provide authorization for access to Incline Village's private beaches. We ride our bicycle to everything: Dining, groceries, shopping, beach, and the library. We walk to the golf course (200 yards from the Clubhouse). If you want to use our bicycles you may do so with prior approval and with assuming full responsibility/liability. This is a unique studio apartment that is below the main two levels of the home. It has one window and is new construction with a small but efficient kitchen and a very nice bathroom.
