The space The apartment is located in the famous pedestrian zone of Váci Utca, which is right in the very city center of Budapest. The apartment is only 5 minutes walking distance away from the underground station „Déak Ferenc tér“, which connects 3 underground lines of Budapest (M1, M2 and M3). The fourth underground line M4 is walking distance too. Needless to say that all historic sites, endless number of restaurants, coffee houses, bars & clubs as well as any kind of shops are in comfortable walking distance. The Danube and its promenade is just around the corner. The apartment has been recently renovated. It´s located in the 3rd floor (incl. elevator) and has a size of 76 sqm. The building is an Art-Deco house and with its 3,5 m high rooms the apartment has its own characteristic. It is situated in a bright backyard, which makes it a silent place, while you enjoy your stay in the vibrant heart of the city. It consists of two bedrooms, a large living room with a convertible sofabed, a bathroom and a kitchen. In one bedroom there are a king size bed and two loft beds. In the second bedroom there are two single beds. The apartment can accommodate six people comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge, dish washer, water boiler, toaster, coffee machine + capsules and of course sufficient dishes, cutlery, glasses and cookware. There is furthermore, washing machine, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, flat iron, iron board and much more in the apartment. The apartment also provides high-speed and unlimited Wi-Fi internet, TV, audio compact station with I-pod docking station and other equipment. Parking is possible in nearby parking garages which are very safe and do apply reasonable prices. We ensure and guarantee to our guests that the apartment is absolutely clean and equipped with sufficient clean and fresh towels and bed linen. We consider cleanness and hygiene as our most important principal. We also guarantee that a contact person of our team will remain available at any time during your stay – you will meet her in person once you check in.
