Guest access Access to the 4th bedroom is down the external stairs on the ground floor of the property it is a complete seperate unit with its own amenities. Guests have access to the whole house but not under the house or the shed. *Please note that the 4th bedroom is not within the house it is a seperate unit and is only available when booking for more the 6 guests. Other things to note *Please ensure that your vehicles are parked safely off the road and not in peoples driveway. *Please be mindful that we are in a neighbourhood and noise levels should be kept down after 10:00. *Please do not drive or walk through any other property for any reason unless its an emergency as you will be recorded on security cameras. *Please report any damage to property to the property owner/manager. *Please do not drive on the beach front. *Any loss of beach equipment will be charged to the damage deposit. *Please do not use any power tools including chainsaws at the property to cut wood. *The beachfront is a protected area and no trees are to be cut down or damaged, as it will result in fines. *Security Cameras are installed at the front entrance and at the rear staircase, these are switched off during a guests stay. They are only in use when the property is vacant.
