Welcome to our well located small and modern studio between Perth City and the beach! A great starting point with 5min walk to Glendalough train station which gets you to bars and restaurants in Leederville in 5min and Perth city in 10min. The home is on a high traffic road (that can get a bit noisy) but the convenience and parks for cycling and walks make up for it. Shopping (IGA), Subway, Pizza, Pharmacy, Bottle Shop, Massage & Petrol Station are in walking distance 600m down Harborne Street. The space Our place is small & compact and can accommodate up to two persons on the queen size bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, top mounted sink and toilet. - Two tandem car bays in front of your door - Free Wifi - TV - Fan with dimming light - Reverse cycle air conditioner - Heater (for the winter) - Electric cooktop - Microwave - Kettle - Toaster - Dishes and cutlery - Pots and fry-pans - Small fridge and freezer - Tea, coffee and sugar - Oil, salt & pepper - Iron and ironing board - Bath towels - Bed sheets and quilt - Hand and body wash - Shampoo and conditioner - Toilet paper - Hair dryer - Built in robe - Free ear-plugs ( for the light sleepers :) - Fire extinguisher Guest access The studio has it’s own front access facing Harborne Street with a parking bay in front. Other things to note Our bed has a firm mattress. Please do your dishes and tidy after yourself. That includes drying and putting dishes away. We will charge a fee of $15 for undone dishes.
