A centrally located and bright designer apartment

Comfortable 55m apartment in the heart of Jerez. Very bright, exterior and newly renovated. A large room with a 160 x 200 double bed with a closet and space to leave your luggage + a full-length mirror. A fully equipped bathroom, even with a hairdryer and bath gel... and the kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a double sofa bed and a comfortable armchair and dining table and chairs. We have internet and a 40" LED TV and... everything is new! The space The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator. It has a fully equipped kitchen with: large and beautiful dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, capsule coffee maker, microwave, kettle, juicer, front lighting... There will always be sugar, salt, coffee capsules, toilet paper, towels, and clean sheets. We also have a selection of activity brochures and city maps. Guest access We have access to the terrace where you can put clothes to dry We offer a baby crib upon request and with a supplement of €5 per day. Other things to note The area is very central and perfect for sightseeing and getting to know Jerez, but it is also 15 minutes away from the nearest beach.
