The space is two bedroom, one bathroom, plus a spacious living area, dining room and kitchen with washer/dryer. Located in a quiet pocket of North Oak Cliff just 10 mins SW of the downtown Dallas with easy access entire Metroplex and nearby Bishop Arts District. This is a single family, detached, private home. The primary bedroom has one king bed and the secondary bedroom has a pullout twin bed. Happy to provide a Snoo bassinet for those traveling with an infant. A queen bed can be provided for the secondary bedroom upon request for an additional $50. Guests are welcome to use all the closets and enjoy yard during your stay. Guests have access to the entire house and backyard. Please note that the laundry room and back yard may be shared with guests staying the one bedroom back house unit on the property who access the property via the driveway gate. There is a secure, locking door between the kitchen and laundry room for your privacy. We live behind the property and are available as needed for our guests. We will sometimes be on the property to maintain and/or improve it. Quiet, eclectic neighborhood home to a mix of young professionals and families. Close to the Bishop Arts District, Trinity Groves, and downtown Dallas. We are in close proximity to the DART Station, bus lines and bike lanes, but most guests will feel more comfortable if they’re able to have a car during their stay as Dallas is a city built for driving! We love dogs and cats but only accept pets on a case-by-case basis for an additional charge. Please make sure to add your pet to the reservation request and we will do our best to accommodate. There may be general maintenance done on the property during your stay (usually just yard work). We will notify guests if this may interfere with their stay. Driveway parking is reserved for guests in the back house space since they access the unit through the gate at the end of driveway. Street parking is immediately in front of the house and always available.
