This condo was purchased by our parents, who skied every winter, and enjoyed the lake views every summer. They can no longer travel here. The condo still gets family usage, but we also now invite guests to enjoy the terrific views of the lake and mountains. We have recently redecorated much of the interior. We love our new modern look, and you will too. We lack a short-term rental permit, which is why there is a 28-day minimum stay. Prices are already discounted for stays of 1 -2 months. The space The kitchen, living room, and patio deck are on the middle level. This level has the best views. The lower level is a "suite" which can be used as a bedroom, office, or kids' play area. There is a lake view from the lower level. The top floor has two bedrooms, and one bathroom. Guest access You will have access to the whole condo. Other things to note The no-pets rule for this unit is strictly enforced by the Crystal Shores East association. I don't have the authority to make exceptions, unless your pet is ADA-compliant.
