My place is about 50sqm located in soi Silom 3. I been in Silom more than 20yrs. Its one of the top 3 superb locations in Bangkok city. My unit is very comfortable and fully equipped like my own home. Its great for short&long stays. You will enjoy the space and walkin closet + large space bathroom. Kitchen, YES! for whose who like to cook. From living room to balcony, there are lot of space. Go out have fun! You can get on BTS skytrain or Subway MRT within 10 minutes foot from doorstep The space This is an awesome flat. There are 2 big size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms here are what I offered you guys - bedroom one 1 king size bed +shower bathroom with bathtub and walk in closet - bedroom two 1 queen size bed + shower bathroom. can be accessed from living room - living room with balcony - 32inch LED TV - open area kitchen with stove and oven - keycard door - swimming pool on the top floor - washing machine and dryer are on the top floor - gym on the top floor - elevator - refrigerator - living room couch - daily cleaning Lastly, lot of space I always think that my home has biggest space among nearby homes around Silm or Sukhumvit. I provide you kitchen from stove to oven. If you need utensils dishes please feel free to let housekeeper know. The bedrooms are separated and there is a walk in closet and 2 large bathroom area. After you arrive at the unit, please feel free to make yourself at home. Use very drawers, TV, kitchen enjoy and think you are living here in Bangkok city. There is a swimming pool and gym for you to enjoy or relax on the 8th floor. Lay down on the provided bench and lets relax. Also, there is a laundry area both washer and dryer for you to use with small charge (coins). If you are very sensitive to the noise, my place here is very quiet at night or daytime. The unit is not facing the road directly so you can be relieve that you can sleep well at night. I would recommend you to explore city from Si Lom on, grab BTS skytrain either stations (Chongnonsri station or Saladaeng station) both quite near to cruise around the city without stuck in the traffic. I RECOMMEND TO USE BTS skytrain from my place to nearly most of everywhere you go in Bangkok. One last thing, if you are coffee lover, there is a TRUE coffee shop on the second floor. Other things to note Please note that, this unit is suitable for 4 guests. The fifth guest can sleep on the provided couch in the living room Please note that the flat is non smoking area. If you are smoker, you are welcome as well but please smoke in the balcony area only. Also, there is no curfew so feel free to go out or go in at anytime. Normally, I dont bother guests while their stay or checking my things in the flat with guests. Unless if they need me in any cases please call me or if its super urgent and you need me to be there I will try my best to find ways to see you. Please make yourself at home. The staffs at where you check in will guide you to your flat. So while walking to your flat please keep either left or right because the road is relatively narrow just avoid unnecessary accidents = ) After you check in, continue walking within 5 minutes on soi Silom 3 rd. then you will reach "Silom Lofts", this is where your flat is.
