Waterlane SPA A1 is a duplex, family apartment located in a very modern apartment building next to the river. The apartment is designed for a family of up to 6 or a group of friends. The space The 84-meter apartment consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, a living room with a kitchenette and a terrace with a garden. Guest access Each guest of the apartment has a SPA zone consisting of a swimming pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi. Availability depends on the number of available places. The apartment includes a parking space in the garage. The parking space is provided for a vehicle with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions not exceeding 5 meters in length and 1.8 meters in height. Other things to note We kindly inform you that it is not recommended to use the SPA zone until April 30, 2026. Please note that the parking space located on the platform varies in dimensions depending on the selected apartment. Detailed instructions, including the room number and dimensions, can be found in the check-in instructions sent on the day of arrival. Improper parking results in the need to call a service center, which will incur an additional fee.
