On the lower floor we will find a living room with satellite TV, a large dining room with capacity for 18 people and an industrial kitchen with everything you may need. It has 4 sinks, 2 fryers, refrigerator, freezer large capacity freezer, stove, all kinds of utensils and small kitchen appliance and a large crockery, cutlery and glassware. From the dining room and up some stairs you will access a large solarium terrace with wonderful mountain views. The main house has a total capacity of 14 guests. Accessing the first floor by the stairs of wonderful tiles, you will find 4 bedrooms, three with double beds and one with two single beds, all with their large and spacious en suite bathrooms with bath, washbasin, bidet and WC. One of the bedrooms has a private terrace with views of the entire garden and the mountains, it is a magnificent corner to have a quiet coffee in the morning before starting the day. On the second floor you will find 3 more bedrooms, two with two single beds and one with a double bed, all with their bathrooms en suite. Additionally to the main house, across the garden there is an annex building with capacity for 6 guests, there are 3 double rooms a two bathrooms. The outdoor area is a gem, with grass areas, large trees, chill-out furniture and a large veranda embraced by flowering plants where you will spend some dreamy evenings. The whole house has air conditioning as well as oil central heating. Clients will have a cleaning service every day from Monday to Friday. The pool of 9m x 4m and a depth of 1.20m to 1.80m is chlorine, surrounded by a beautiful lawn, where you will find sun loungers and umbrellas to enjoy the sun. This house is magnificent for summer and winter stays as it is perfectly heated and the comfort of its rooms will make spending long hours reading and drinking coffee, it is a magnificent plan. It is located in the center of Sóller. village of the Sierra de Tramuntana with all the comforts of a small city. The most emblematic building of this town is the church of Sant Bartomeu, whose beginnings date back to 1236. In Sóller you will find a great variety of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. By tram or by bus you can go to Puerto de Sóller and its wonderful sandy beach. Around it there are many beautiful routes and excursions; the most famous, a trip on the old train to Palma, passing through beautiful landscapes and genuine villages until reaching the capital of Mallorca. The Tramuntana has incredible mostly rocky coves such as Cala Deià, Llucalcari or Port des Canonge.
