Jones Ranch is a private home on 5 secluded acres with breathtaking views from Yosemite to Sacramento. The modern, mountain-style home features high-vaulted ceilings, a modern kitchen, large dining room, granite fireplace and large deck with hot tub Situated a few miles away from highway 108 on top of a hill with panoramic views of the sierras. The guests will have access to a modern home with a great room, modern, well equipped kitchen, hot tub on the large deck, double shower in the master bath. Comfortable place to entertain with a large family or group of friends and enough separate spaces for people to have plenty of privacy. The main entrance is easily accessible with no steps from the driveway to the front door. There is a 300-yard private road from Packtrail Road that is paved all the way up to my private gate. The location is subject to significant snow and is not plowed by the county. There are local services that can plow the road and driveway at an additional cost which can be arranged with the owner and the guest. The home is very private. My interaction will be through text. Email or phone calls. We have a separate local cleaning and maintenance company that will attend to any issues with the property during the stay. We do ask that guest leave the home the way they found it. Each room will have clean sheets and towels in the bathrooms. At the end of the stay, we ask that you strip the beds and wash the sheets and towels. We also ask that you do your own dishes and put away the dishes and utensils so it's like you found the kitchen. Our local cleaner will take care of vacuuming, sweeping and mopping and wiping down the surfaces. We will ask for an extra cleaning fee charge if you prefer to not do any of the kitchen or washing work yourselves. The best thing about this neighborhood is that it is very private and quiet. The closest neighbor is about 150 yards away down a hill. There is no convenient public transit. There is a taxi company and maybe some Uber in the area.
