This is a dog-friendly, self-contained 1-bedroom unit with an ensuite. Perfect for solo travellers, couples and your dogs. No other pets allowed. It has a separate private entrance and a private driveway (with a carport). Relax in the fully fenced sunny patio/grass area. It's a short walk to a local café, dairy, takeaways, dog park, and river walks and only 200 meters to a bus stop to take you into the CBD. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom, and the unit has full laundry facilities. The space The Airbnb is attached to my home, but it is a completely private living space at the far end of the house. The property driveway is long enough to park two cars inside the gate. The Airbnb lounge window overlooks the back garden, ensuring full privacy during your stay. My adult daughter also resides with me, and you might occasionally hear us in our backyard. Guest access Guests have full access to a separate driveway, which has a carport and driveway gate. Then you have private access via an internal gate into the Airbnb's grassed garden area leading up to the patio outside the ranch slider. Other things to note Your Pets must leave the Airbnb whenever you go out. They must not be left alone inside or in the outside garden area.
