A three storey homey house, with very accessible location in Banilad, a prominent place near to many restaurants, malls, spa & supermarkets. We are inside a quiet village, 12 minutes by foot from the village gate going to our house or 5 minutes ride. From Mactan airport to our house takes 1 hour or more depends on the heavy traffic. But if flight is early morning or late evening, Mactan airport is just 20 minutes away. This has has 3 floors. The 2nd floor has 3 rooms with aircondition units to each rooms. The 3rd level is one whole unit of open space above we call the Attic. This can be used as office, room or family room. Guests are very welcome to approach us in the next door for any needs or concerns. We are glad to be of help. Friendly, safe and helpful neighbourhood. Just outside our village is the mall called Banilad Town Center or known as BTC- with Robinson's grocery supermarket, with DImsum Break (Chinese fast food restaurant), Krua Thai, Yellow Cab Pizza, Fat Cow Burger Station, Royal Massage Spa, A pharmacy, bakeshops, has a local coffee shop called Bo's which is Cebu's pride, there is a boxing gym, yoga club and videoke bar as well. This place, BTC is very near us, just 5 minutes by ride and 15 minutes by foot. If you want bigger shopping malls with branded clothing lines and wider choices of restaurants then visit Ayala block, Ayala Center and SM City. It is just 20-30 minutes away from us. We are also near Ma. Luisa Road - there you can find Japanese restaurant, Italian restaurant, Sports Bar and exquisite massage spas. In A.S. Fortuna road, an adjacent road from our subdivision, you can find coffee shops, banks, hardwares and more restaurants. Rustans supermarket, 21 Dove Street (haven for desserts), Tom's Burger, Starbucks and other shops inside Oakridge is also near our place. Just after the Banilad flyover are 7/11, Indian restaurants (Bollywood and Indian Spice Restaurant), Korean Restaurants, Filipino BBq restaurants. We are near IT Park as well - a famous place that does not sleep. Where call center offices are located or now called the BPO's. So in this place, it is surrounded with clubs, restaurants, fast foods, coffee shops and convenient stores 24/7 and even the new Ayala Mall. From Mactan airport, you get a taxi, or Grab ride - it will take 1 hour to get to our place if rush hour. If not rush hour like early morning flight or late evening flights then our house to airport is just 20 minutes away. Taxi, Grab and Cabs are accessible. Be a responsible smoker. Smoking inside the apartment is a fire hazard as well as a health hazard for passive smokers. It can also cause damages to our furnitures such as sofas, tables and beds. Smoking is allowed in our outdoor area where the garden and parking is located.
