2 Bedrooms 1 bathroom and kitchen Playa Tortugas 1st row
Description
Casa de Manolo is located in the first row with a beautiful ocean view in the Balneario de Tortugas, Ancash, Peru. Centrally located near the beach, restaurants, wineries, kiosks and other businesses. If you want to enjoy the sea and relaxing days in contact with nature, Tortugas is the perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Two comfortable rooms for up to 5 people, share a full bathroom plus kitchen with dishes and utensils. The space VERY IMPORTANT !! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: The house is a 2 story chalet with a prime location in 1st row with direct sea view. The 2 bedrooms (sleeping up to 5 people), the kitchen and the bathroom shared by the two bedrooms, are located on the 1st floor where there is also a terrace overlooking the ocean and a living room shared with other guests. One room features two 2-seat beds. The 2nd room has a 2-seater bed. Both rooms have a small table and chair for telecommuting and/or study. We have Wi-Fi throughout the property. The bathroom has hot water in the shower and is located in the middle of the two bedrooms. The kitchen is implemented with refrigerator, microwave oven, sandwich iron, blender and 4-burner gas stove (gas consumption is included in the rate). Both the bathroom and the kitchen are for exclusive use, not shared. At Casa de Manolo we have more rooms for rent on both the 1st and 2nd floors, which is why the terrace and living room are shared spaces with other guests. In New Year and Easter Week the house is almost always occupied in its entirety, on other dates not always. The passageways to which the two bedrooms exit and which lead to the terrace and living room, are traveled by other guests from both the 1st and 2nd floors and also by those who live at home (Manolo and his parents) so it is not a totally private space; the only thing private are the two bedrooms, the bathroom and the kitchen. It's not a mini apartment, it's just rooms inside a family house. On the 2nd floor my parents live, two adults aged 80 and 87 years old and I (the host), I have my room on the 1st floor. MEETINGS WITH HIGH VOLUME MUSIC OR HEAVY ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION ARE NOT ALLOWED AND GUESTS ARE ALSO NOT ALLOWED. We are a family home for what I thank in advance for your kind understanding. It is possible to listen to music at moderate volume and drink alcoholic beverages in moderation only until 11 pm. New Year is an exception, the other dates must be respected. Guest access Tortugas is a small, very quiet bay. You can walk to all the nearby businesses such as restaurants, wineries, fruit and vegetable kiosks, among others. In the front of the house, we have parking for 2 vehicles. During your stay We want our guests to feel at home, so we do our best to give them privacy. We are always available for any questions and to advise you on places of interest and activities you can do inside and outside the Spa. Other things to note During your stay in Tortugas, you can visit nearby beaches either by boat or in private mobility such as La Gramita and Las Dos Hermanas (sandy beaches). You can also visit the Sechín Archaeological Complex, the Chankillo Astronomical Observatory recently declared a World Heritage Site, go hiking, practice water sports such as diving, fishing and others. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: If you can't get an appointment at Lima Immigration to get and/or renew passports or other paperwork, consider doing it at Chimbote or Chiclayo Immigration. The Tortugas resort is only 5 hours from Lima by car (approximately 400 km) and you can get appointments at these immigration offices because they have fewer people. If you decide to do so, you could take advantage of your trip and stay one night in Tortugas before returning to Lima, so you can enjoy the beach and a little rest. Many people are doing this, and at Casa de Manolo we welcome them with open arms.
