Victory Road Villas, opposite the Son River, offers a quiet boutique stay with comfort and style. Each villa has a private entrance from our pool terrace, a lounge, and a kitchenette. There is a private courtyard with outdoor bathtub and rain shower. Upstairs, the air-conditioned bedroom includes a king bed, en-suite shower, and balcony with garden and pool views. All rooms include Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and kitchenette. The Villas Restaurant serves high quality western and Vietnamese dishes. The space On the ground floor in Victory Villas 1, 2 and 3 there is a fully equipped kitchen and lounge space with entertainment system including Netflix and covered outside patio area with a bathtub. On the first floor there is 1 king size bedroom with large balcony and bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. Victory Villas 1, 2 and 3 each accommodate a maximum bed occupancy of 3 guests plus 1 child sharing and 1 baby in a cot. The king size bed sleeps up to 2 adults and also 1 child sharing, aged 11yrs or under. 1 extra adult guest can be accommodated on the sofa bed for the additional fee of 420,000vnd and this fee is automatically added to your AirBnB booking when making a booking for 3 adults. Please contact us directly if you would prefer an extra fold-out single bed instead of the sofa bed. The cost of an extra fold-out bed will be an additional 330,000vnd paid on arrival, on top of the 420,000vnd from your booking (total fee for extra fold-out bed is 750,000vnd). Children aged 0-5yrs sharing the king size bed with parents are free of charge. Children aged 6-11yrs sharing the king size bed with parents will be charged an additional fee of 300,000vnd paid on arrival. Children aged 12+yrs are considered adults and will require their own bed arrangement. Alternatively, rather than sharing, a child can be accommodated on an extra fold-out single bed or sofa bed for the additional fees detailed above. A cot can be provided free of charge. Maximum bed occupancy is 4 guests plus 1 child sharing and 1 baby in a cot. Shared space at Victory Road Villas includes the swimming pool, patio with sun loungers, the barbecue corner and The Terrace Bar & Cafe overlooking the majestic karst mountain range and river. Guest access Our villas are not accessible for wheelchair users. Off-road parking is available for guests.
