This Spanish historic home is located in the 1920's character neighborhood of Hancock Park. Our relaxing guest suite is a private room inside the house and features a king size bed with a remodeled bathroom. The space 🌿 We are located in the beautiful residential neighborhood of Hancock Park in Los Angeles. This Spanish-style home has been designated historical by the city and offers timeless character in one of LA’s most charming areas. The available guest room and private bath are located on the lower level of the home, offering comfort and privacy within a shared residential setting. 📍 Location Ideally situated in the heart of Hancock Park, we are approximately: • 2.5 miles from West Hollywood • 4 miles from Beverly Hills • 5 miles from Downtown Los Angeles • 10 miles from Santa Monica Beach We are also within walking distance to Melrose Avenue, La Brea Avenue, Highland Avenue, and Hollywood Blvd. Restaurants are plentiful and either walkable or a short drive away, including the highly sought-after Osteria Mozza, along with Thai, Chinese, Sushi, Italian, Vegetarian/Vegan options, and more. Nearby attractions include The Grove, Larchmont Village, Hollywood Bowl, Universal Studios, Paramount Studios, and several museums. The home is approximately 30–45 minutes from both LAX and Burbank airports, depending on traffic conditions. 🛏 The Guest Room The guest room is accessed through a locked driveway gate leading to the back door of the home. The room features: • King-size bed • Hardwood floors with area rug • Writing desk • Closet storage The beautifully renovated bathroom is attached to the guest bedroom and also provides access to the lower level. When occupied, the bathroom is exclusive to the guest room. 🍽 Shared Amenities Guests have access to the kitchen for light meal preparation and use of appliances and dishes. We kindly ask that shared spaces be kept tidy and mindful of others in the home. The house features a whole-house water filtration system throughout — a subtle luxury many guests appreciate, especially in Los Angeles. 🚗 Parking Parking for one car is available on the property (front driveway) with advance notice. Street parking is also available with a permit, which can be provided. Please note street cleaning occurs on Mondays and signage should be observed. ✨ A Few Notes This is a private guest room within a shared historic home — not a separate apartment. It works beautifully for independent travelers who plan to explore the city and return to a calm, respectful environment in the evenings. The booking is for registered guests only. For the comfort and security of everyone in the home, we are not able to accommodate additional visitors. Guest access The guest room and private bath are accessed through a locked side driveway gate leading to the back door of the home. Entry passcodes are provided on the day of arrival. The guest bedroom and bathroom both have a lock/key for added privacy. Guests have access to the shared kitchen for light meal preparation, the dining room, and the backyard patio with fire pit and outdoor dining area. We kindly ask that common areas be used respectfully and kept tidy for everyone’s comfort. During your stay We give guests their privacy and space, while remaining available if needed to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.
